  Place is horrible, just because i looked young or maybe it was because i knew what i was talking about. Saw there ad on craigslist saying they have some pretty good prices all n all it was junk jewelry they wanted to try and get a little over spot price without trying to scrap it. The lady there has no clue about jewelry. Also before i left old man basically accused me of having stolen jewelry, place is a joke.

  Steve doesn't care if you are a returning customer. He treats people bad. I had spent alot of money in there with John (who is a great guy). My father and I had 2 guns shipped there. Steve treated my father terribly just for standing in line and waiting patiently. I have never returned
