  I have absolutely no use for this place period!! They do not know what they're doing and frankly, they don't care. Racist pharmacist and the techs are just as rude!! The girl who I always got was all tired and would say that she was getting off in a few minutes. The pharmacy was loud when I was there as a car was at the window. The tech asked me a question and I said "pardon me, I didn't hear you " and she huffed and said "if you'd been listening" and then said she was sorry...she was just really stressed. I've been in management long enough to know that first of all you never argue with a customer. If anything, you say yes man and I'm sorry. Customers don't have to out up with rude people. I had CVS in NC and they were fantastic! Down here they're non-caring, rude and lazy! The store is unfriendly and there never seems to be a manger you do can talk to. I will be transferring every single thing I have at that store to a different chain all together. Two out of the four of us in our family have insurance and off the other two, they'd get $1200 bucks a month. Not anymore!! A good store cares about their customers. Ill be going straight to the top and CEO if I have to. Change is needed! By the way, I don't intend to deal with the SOUTH end of a NORTH bound mule! RANT OVER!

  Racist pharmacists. Disrespectful. On more then 1 occasion verbally disrespectful. In the word of the pharmacists "Middleburg is a pill beast an I can pick an choose who I dispense too". Combat wounded veteran sent home to be sick an disrespected because they make the judgements on how you should be medicated. Dont understand how they over rule your doctor. Even after many complaints an videos no change. But if your the same race as the pharmacist you'll have no issues.

  I used this pharmacy for 4 years and they continually had issues with getting my rx filled. It isn't a narcotic, it's just a common, regular medication.They would tell me that my insurance wouldn't cover it and that I needed to call the insurance myself. I would call the insurance and they would tell me that the pharmacy just needed to put in an override code. For some reason the staff would have to jump through hoops to remember the code. I waited an hour recently for the issue to be resolved. They would sometimes just fill the rx with less pills and by the time I noticed, they would say that there wasn't anything they could do. My husband got fed up a year ago and switched too. I switched to Publix and I love it!
